USU students who would like credit for participation in the Mount Logan Symphony can register for MUSC 3530 and send in an audition if required*.

Dues: 

USU students enrolled in MUSC 3530: no cost

USU students not enrolled in MUSC 3530: $60

Community Musicians:  $60

Scholarships are available as needed - simply send your request to mountlogansymphony@gmail.com. 

USU students who would like to participate but are NOT interested in receiving USU credit may apply and audition under Community Musicians.  Students not enrolled in MUSC 3530 will still be asked to pay the normal semester dues of $60.

To apply for the Mount Logan Symphony, please complete the following:

1.  For students who are currently enrolled or plan to enrolled in MUSC 3530, apply here:   
2.  An audition sent to our email at mountlogansymphony@gmail.com.  (see audition requirements here) Please include your name and the scale and piece(s) for your audition.*

*Auditions are not required for string players who have performed with CSO in the past or have performed professionally.  Additionally auditions for woodwinds, brass and percussion is preferred but not required.  If you prefer not to audition, please be sure to include a brief music bio (question 16) on the application. 

Audition Notification: You will be notified within one week of the beginning of the semester with your audition results. Rehearsals begin on Tuesday evenings from 7-9 p.m.  (see the calendar under "Members" for rehearsal, sectional and concert dates)  Feel free to contact us at mountlogansymphony@gmail.com with any questions.
